Patrol Service California Coastal Patrol performs random patrols throughout the community and enforces our parking rules. Important Note: To safe list a vehicle, please call California Coastal Patrol at 714-563-1821. Safe listing will not be available on their website. Please contact your Property Manager with any questions.

Resident Parking in the community parking area requires a permit. Residents who park in the community parking area without a permit are subject to towing! Please get your parking permit NOW! Applications are available HERE and from Huntington West Property Management. Parking is first-come, first served, and a permit does not guarantee parking will be available.

Need Paint? We have the colors! They are listed in HERE and on the Association Documents page under “PaintColors2011.pdf”.

Can You Turn Off Your Gas Valve? If you smell natural gas after an earthquake or other natural disaster, you may need to turn off the natural gas supply to your home. To be prepared in advance, you may want to read this How-To Guide.
